Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy

Reservations must be confirmed by email or online form and must be guaranteed with the payment of a £100 deposit by bank transfer. Your remaining balance is due eight weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at least eight weeks before the arrival date, we will refund any payment made minus a handling fee of £100 per person per course. Cancellations received after this date, will be charged as follows;

  • Cancel between four & eight weeks; 50% of the total price is payable.
  • Cancel between two & four weeks; 80% of the total price is payable.
  • Cancel within two weeks of the course commencing; full amount of your holiday will be due.

Alterations or Cancellation by us

It is highly unlikely that we will have to alter or cancel a holiday once confirmed but we must reserve the right to do so. If we have to make a significant change to the holiday we will offer compensation or a full refund unless the alteration or cancellation is as a result of “Force Majeure”. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise our guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance cover, as we cannot be liable for injury, loss, damage, and delay of flights, expense or inconvenience of any kind or any cause.

Damage to Property Caused by Guests

We reserve the right to recover from our guests, the cost of repairs or replacements of any damage or loss caused. We also reserve the right to terminate the holiday of any guest whose behaviour is considered detrimental to the owner, its guests or any third party and no further contractual obligations will apply.


Pets allowed by prior arrangement only.


We operate a strictly no smoking policy within all parts of the building. Guests who wish to smoke are kindly requested to do so outside of the property.

Personal Belongings and Security

Security at the property will be taken seriously by us. We request that our guests take care to minimise risks. We advise our guests to keep windows and doors to their rooms locked at all times. All personal items, including baggage and equipment, are at all times and circumstances at the owner’s risk and we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.

We store your name, email address and telephone number. We do not share this information with any third party or use this information for marketing purposes. We use this information when we need to contact you as a result of your booking.

Financial Data

We do not store any of your Credit Card or Financial data.


We may take photographs of our guests at our property and during excursions to use in our publicity (including our Facebook page and website). Once we no longer need images for publicity purposes we will delete them. You can ask to see a copy of images we hold, or ask for them to be deleted, at anytime by contacting us.
